ReplyDeleteAlso, this is going to sound silly coming from a petite person, but I've found the best way to lose weight is to eat six small meals a day rather than three big ones. My current medication makes me eat that way, and my body's suddenly all healthier looking.

DeleteYou know, with all my lovely stomach issues, I've noticed that the 6 small meals things makes me feel a lot better and not want to curl up in a ball. I'm definitely sticking with that :)
