And I'm pretty sure I pulled that muscle in my butt....again.
I made up this post with my BEFORE pictures, but I'm not going to lie - I'm too chicken to post them. At least today, but just know this: I started the YMCA Weight Loss Challenge on Monday. Weighed in and apparently have gained back that lovely 5 pounds I lost a few weeks back. That's okay. I've been to the gym every night so far and plan to keep it up.
Maybe tomorrow I'll grow a pair and post my before pictures. Until then I'm going to put an ice pack on my butt.
